I'm working one of company for 7 years. My salary more then 5k.
My management request me to leave with 2 options.The reason given poor performance.
Option 1 Need to tender my resignation and I will received 2 month pay in advace and as benefit.
Option 2 Managemnet will issue termination letter notice period 2 months.
I was selcect option 2 The following week called again for performance reveiw. In this meeting I told them I'm not agreed.
After 2 days final warning issued due managemant not agree with my explaination on performance review.On the same day letter of suspention given for 5 days.Next week going to conduct domestic inquiry.
So far no show cause letter given.
In warning letter stated to improve on my performance but no time given.
In org.chart my name removed.
and What i suspected on the same day(domestic enquiry) the show cause letter will issue and will request to answer.
How is the procedure with in howmany days to answer.
Pls advice

Dear krishnank7, If you have proof of communication between you and the line manager or the management then just give a complaint to the Labour Inspector....
