Thank You for all your kind words for my previous posting on Retail Customer Service. My earlier posting is a combination of Customer Service and Selling Skills. I hope some of customizing an using with your Trainees.
I made exclusive Module on Retail - Customer Service, which only deals with service aspects for frontline staff. This can be easily run without much customization. This time I would able to incorporate stories and vidoes this time. Unfortunately I wouldnt able to attach Videos because of huge size. If someone is serious about running this Module do contact me for these videos. I will be more than happy to help you out.

hi everyone
i am trainer with a the largest postal company here in my country. the training section in the human resource department is a new department thus i am also new to this training position.
i have been tasked with carrying out the Traiining Need Assesment for the company thus to prepare training modules in the forms of powerpoint presentations from the Customer Care Training Manual.
I would appreciate it if someone can forward me information and ppt. on customer care espescially in postal services companies.
