It seems that in hurry to join company you have signed all documents and company kept it for themselves and not given.Each and every employee is entitled to get SALARY after legal deduction as per INDIAN PAYMENT of WAGES ACT.Freezing or holding SALARY is illegal in India and It termed as NON PAYMENT OF WAGES.First of all,You have to asked your company to give details of your appointment terms and condition and reason to "MARK" as non performer along with details of SALARY hold and asked to pay withing limits of day.If you get Salary as commission than you get only minimum amount fixed for your post.You may search internet for the proper word of notice or contact labour officer of your jurisdiction.

I was working with some branded company which has started a new non banking finace group from sep2012. I joined this org in sep 28,2012. As a manager designation with 4,50,000 fixed package+variable others apart of it. But they have started a high pressure to generate business, in month of nov27,2012 my one cheque has bounced from one customer so company has automatic resign from the system and my salary is on hold. My superior has mailed to my hrmanager and regional head to put my salary on hold due to this cheque bounce case on 30nov2012. After that he informed me on 6th dec you are relieved from the system on 27nov2012. You have to submit your corporate sim card. I had given written resignation on 6thdec and superior has signed for acceptance and wrote relieved on 27th nov. Now am following to hrmanager for salary so he is saying under process. Nd my regional head says its compliance issue. Kindly do needful for my salary. Regards, Pramod
