I'm a graduate employee working in a PF , ESIC & Labour Law Based Consultancy in Delhi, and can handle this work independently. Though I'm not a M.B.A. Degree Holder yet
Can i apply for HR Executive Job. Will any company like to join me as a HR executive Post. ( although i know that for this post Company prefer to have M.B.A. student, but i think they are unable to handle this work on the most occassion they have to depends on their consultants or C.A.)

A person having a tremendous knowledge in HR (Core) need not have an HR degree.
Although an MBA HR degree would add a feather in a cap it is only a practical implementation and execution of HR role in any corporate company that gives a solid basement to any HR professional.
