hello friends,
Please guide me regarding planning of incentive scheme for HR managers in BPO sector. Also tel me factors that will determine the same. I have chalked out certain factors like:-
Productivity of employees recruited and trained
Retention of good employees etc.
Please suggest me some more measures to determine it. Also suggest a book which gives different incentive schemes.

Hi Arpita,
You can plan some Target based incentives for the HR people in the BPO sector,
1)Target on manpower recruitment,
2)Set a Target Retention rate,
3)Attrition percentage to be kept low to a certain percentage
4)ESI - employee Satisfaction Index can also be a measure
5)Employee Engagement and Motivation Intiatives taken by HR can also another criteria .
6) You can also give some incentive to HR on Recruitment Percentage without the help of Job Consultants.
I hope this should be enough to have a motivated and get going HR Department.
