Respected Seniors,
Please clarify the following queries:
1) How far an employee may be continued after completition of his superannuation. Is there any limit for an extention?
2) During the period of extention what about the PF contribution status?
3) Is he eligible for promotion & increments. (When before extention and after extention salary structure is same )

Dear All ,
I do agree with Col Jude,
While your body needs adequate rest but a healthy body does not need more then six to seven hours of sleep. Yoga and Pranayam Practitioner have proved that even four hours of sleep is good enough. But fitness levels , irrespective of ones age is a must .
Regards
Neeraj
