Dear Friends,

Greetings of the day!

In Hospitality Industry first of all following things should be in place:

# Training Calander.
# Training Passport
# Competency Mapping
# KOP's/ P&P's and SOP's
# Personal Training Records
# For the different level of training you should have Training Policy.
# Training Manuel should be developed, followed by presentations and Video Clips.
# For the effectiveness of training, apart from Training Manager each department should have DLC's ( Departmental Training Coordinators).
# Also apart from general Soft Skill Trainings, lot of concentration should be given to technical training, cross training & practical training sessions.
# During Induction for new joiners lot of topics can be added on Product Knowledge, Safety, Company Ethics and Goals, Grooming, General Do's & Dont's, Etiquette and Manners etc, also a induction handbook will be a good idea along with FAQ's.
