hi, all, please assist me
1 if a emplyee is temporary, or on a contract for 6 months, so is their any need of dectecting pf,
2. this employee doesn't hold any account no at co, so , what would be his pf no.

Whether employee is on temporary or contract basis, please try to submit the ESI and PF forms and the numbers. PF nomination form should be submitted at once.

Submit the form in PF office and get the No. All the PF amount should go to his account only. ( Have you registered your company under EPF act?) If yes, you will have a PF account No. Just check.

Hi, problem is that this guy join co 15 days prior, co hire him for 6 months contract, our sm hr only porvide him a offer & joining letter, apart of this i only have pf form & joining letter, co even didn't provide any id , account, permanant id card, so, i want to know that if he doesn't have any account no , so ,how my co will manage his pf, please assist.

HI, i want to tell you , that this is a story of india giant co, i am finding it fishey, so , you want to say that he will get his pf no from pf dipt, and further when he will leave co , we can transfer this in his provided account.

dear anuj whatever your personal matter is, i have no interest but at the same time you are asking nd i would like to help you. if one is on contract for six month and is conditionally hired then one cannot claim for any pf we can compare person with casual.As per law one may eligible for ESI depend on salary.

Hi, all , no , you all got me wrong, actually whenever i asked this person about his detail , he never convey it to me , he , is working here for last 15 days & i don't even have any document related this guy, & i convey this thing to my sm , so, even he didn't react on it, he just fill a joining form but didn't give any supporting document, so, i couldn't figout whats going on, yesterday he got his salary so their was some issue , then he came up to me , so, i was also shocked that his salary was paid in cash, detecting pf ..so , i am really in shocker, so, now if you got my problem , please assist me whats going on.

pls. understand one thing, the new person is hired for one day in your organisation to work on salary basis, he should get his pf account no and the deduction in his salary becomes mandatory if his basic wages doesnt cross Rs. 6500/-. pls. check his appointment letter with you and see the CTC and act.
