Key skills- Assistant Manager- Recruitments
The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment & selection across levels and domains on a PAN India level majorly at entry level.
Devise out ways to keep recruitment costs at an all time low, with no impact on TAT and quality of hires.
Formulate recruitment mechanisms depending upon the type of position and its quantum.
Responsible for maintaining various MIS and reports.
The candidate should be a MBA and Insurance Background is must.
Exp. - 1-4 yrs
Location - Delhi
CTC - upto 3.00 L /annum
