I am selected in an IT based MNC,as an hr-Ex. in recruitment deptt. n my profile wud b of takin first hand hr interviews.though i've 2 yrs of exp bt in vry small firm dat too was vry narrow like- searchin through job portals n calling up the candidates only.
Now my biggest prob is-how i'll cope up with corporate culture as m totally unaware of their system, their whole recruitment process.if i'll nt gt enough training coz m nt fresher. As far as i believe,it will b highly well structured N ppl r nt at all cooperative in corporates.vry politics running dere.
my joining is abt to cum,n m rlly vry nervous-wat vil happen? if nybdy ask me smthing n if i dnt knw,wat i'll do in dat case..

i am waiting for ur suggestions frds........

Hi Kiran,
I am also working in Corporate HR in automobile Sector. There is nothing to worry, there is not much difference in recruiting process but only diff is that you have to handle recruitment of senior level staff. One thing, you have not joined Corporate yet, then how can you say atmosphere/peoples are not good. Do not worry, just join the Corporate and you will cope with the things easily....
Have a brighten future....
