I came to know but not sure that Haryana Labour walfare Contribution increased that is right or wrong I don't know. if revised please give me notification for same.

Same repetition.......
I have placed a request through online for my company's registration during May 2011. However, the registration got done and the certificate made available for download only today.
I would humbly request Mr. Khola to advise me, what amount to be paid for employees and from when on. I know double the amount of employee's contribution should be paid to LWF.
Secondly, we are all about 20 employees all are above manager cadre only. do you think the contribution is necessary for the employees who are in Manager cadre.
My office is located at Cybercity in Gurgaon.

Dear Rajendran,
If your company is Covered under Punjab Shops Act & if you are employing 10 or more employees then you are to send the LWF contribution yearly both of employee & employer to the Welfare Commissioner,Haryana, rate of which depends upon the period from which you are liable to pay the contribution.After April, 2007 managers are also covered under the definition of employee under Pb. LWF Act, 1965 & hence their contribution is also to be deducted from their salary from April, 2007 onwards.

Please provide the notification no. 3/42/83-3 lab. (1) to (50), dated 1st march, 2002 OF HARYAN GOVERNMENT REGARDING THE MINIMUM WAGES FOR VARIOUS CATEGORY OF EMPLOYYEES IN VARIOUS INDUSTRIES.

Dear Sir,
Please confirm LWF is applicable on Managerial level or employees whose Gross salary more than 10,000/- in Chennai.
As per the clause mentioned "All employees except those working in the managerial or supervisory capacity and drawing wages exceeding Rs.3,500/- only per month.
pls confirm this salary is Gross or Min.Wage.
If all employees are drawing salary more than this limit (3500) then how to submit return.there will be no liability I hope.

Is Rs.10/- per employee and Rs.20/- employer for every month OR its one time deduction (means total Rs.30/- both employee and employer for per year).
Also pls provide me updated Form A.
