This is a very basic video about public speaking, I dont think that this is enough for developing the public speaking skill. Please try posting some advanced level (complete) video of public speaking.

For playing flv files a media player will be needed. I am posting a link for VLC player which is the best free flv player you will ever need to play any audio/ video files.
