My views on your post:
Simply conducting a Poster Competition and drama may not fulfill the purpose of making all aware... Its not necesasary that all will participate in the competitons...
You may go for training sections with particular topics which helpful to create awareness about their duties and responsibilities towards safety... Furhter you can go for some demo trainings... further you can arrange these cometitions to encourage them to obey these rules....
You may can think of conducting Safety Quiz... Also can exhibite the standard practices which one and all to be obeyed, make the visit of all compulsory to these exhibition stalls... safety essays, suggestions related to safety, all can be collected from employeess... These all can motivate them...
For making awareness a good amount of training to be imparted...
