Dear Jaya,

Your Employee Development Programmes should bring down their pressures. Secondly, training should improve their performance, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

If you wish I will do Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for your supervisors, prepare the training calendar and execute the training programme and lastly ensure that positive change takes place.

I am Bangalore-based soft skills, behavioural and management training consultant. I handle training programmes across the spectrum of industries. Predominantly, I handle training for managers.

To make you aware of my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochures to this post. We can work together to have win-win situation.

Thanks,

hi! Dinesh
thanks for your response..but my KRA includes building all Employee relations activities inhouse...hence I dont think we would be in a position to work together as of now.
Thanks once again for your proposal.
Warm regards

Dear Jaya,
As rightly suggested by Mr. Divekar, your employee development program should primarily concentrate on building an organisational climate which is positive, motivating and highly energetic. This can be rightly achieved by conducting staff training at regular intervals.
Anyone who is adept in using 'adult learning principles' would be great help. Behavioral change is a slow process and needs some expert guidance. If dealt properly, your investment in 'human capital ' would definitely generate you some big rewards.
