Indirect harrassment
Dear all kindly guide me on given below matter... we provide cab facility to our emp. one of our cab driver is employee itself. i got few complaints about cab environment from few days such as making indirect personal comments on others playing vulger songs in presence of female employees when there is only one female emp left in cab. it is being done by few emp and driver also involves in it. harassed emp has discussed it to me personally not in written. what action should i take to stop all these?? should i talk to individuals or to driver.. please suggest me regards nishu
Urgent query regarding leave encashment
Dear all i have a query that whether leave encashment is calculated 26days or the month days. is there any law pertaining to it? also acc. to factories act an employee can accumulate leaves for max of 30 days can we encash leaves of 41days to an employee. is there any legal obligation for employer to encash leaves on a yearly basis or is it done at the time of exit? kindly reply with your feedback urgently. warm regards sumiksha suri

Hello every one i am working as an hr manager in an interior designing company from last few months i am facing a problem that our organization given facility to all employees that if they working late so they can hire a cab for the reaching home cause of safety precautions but now the employees hire a cab easily for going to any site giving lots of excuses of emergency work. how can i stop this on urgent basis

Dear seniors i want to know the cab charges charged from the employees in companies for pick and drop facility. kindly suggest me the cab charges that i can deduct from the salaries of my employees how it should be framed and calculated? is there any formula for cab charges that i can deduct from the salaries? please suggest.

One a cab driver was busy driving. suddenly the passenger sitting on the back seat touched the cab drivers shoulder to tell him something. the cab driver jumped on his seat and screamed loudly. the cab jerked went out of the lane and stopped in just front of a busy toy shop. the passenger and the cab driver gasped whooff thank god we are safe. the passenger apologized to the driver i had no idea that a slight touch could scare you so much. i am sorry. omic sans msthe cab driver said its not your fault. today is the first day as a cab driver. at my previous job where i worked for 25 years i used to carry a van carrying corpses.
