Hello Everyone, I am a new member of 'citehr' community. My name is Michele; I have just joined a landscape architects company in Dubai and need to put systems and procedures in place. Any suggestions on HR sites to sources templates that I can modify to suit my company's requirements will be much appreciated. Thnak you. :)

Guess you need some templates on policies.. Not sure of any site which can help you, but i am sharing some points:
Policies
- Purpose
- Scope
- Eligibility
- Allowances, Leaves, Other details if any
Process
- Procedure
-Responsibilities chart
- Process flow
- Acronyms
Hope this will give you some idea..
