Hi all i am working in a product development company and i am just doing a comparitive analysis of the designations in other product development companies.. basically we have a development team and testing team. the low lwvel or the entry level is given the designation "associate developer" / "tester" and in the next level it is "developement engineer " / "tester". so kindly share with me what are the types of designations you have in you company if it is a product development company or any other. designations for designation development / testing entry level / fresher 12 yrs 23 yrs 4 yrs 7 yrs senior level if you could share this it would be a lot of help for me.. regards pavithra

I have recently joined an it product development company with a strength of 50 people. we are facing a problem of high attrition. so i am thinking to incorporate a revision for each employee as per their designation i am attaching the excel sheet in which i have put across the notice period as per the designation. kindly pour your suggestions for the same. also would like to know if anyone can help me want my company to be iso certified in next year for which we are just thinking not started planning also what are the prerequisites for a company to go for cmm level certifications.... pls help me regards j
