The objective of my thesis is to determine the leadership styles of Human Resource Department in an organization and how HRD controls the entire organization and plays most important role in achieving organization’s goals.

If your objective is to "determine the leadership styles of Human Resource Department in an organization and how HRD controls the entire organization", what is the point in posting the questionnaire in an international website and seeking responses? You should do that in an organisation that you can gain access to.
Did you pilot your questionnaire to check whether your questions are clear? If not, I suggest that you do. As a retired academic, I could not understand some of your questions and the options that you have given for esponses.
