attaching resume of one of my friend,highly experienced in his field,has posted his resume in almost all portals but not an single inquiry since 18 months.
by gods grace - he is continue with his current job,but what is lacking in his resume - which didnot attract recruiters/employers ?

Hi Yasmin,
your Resume looks absolutely Fine there is no problem what so ever in your resume apart from the dates, Any ways these days we don't have enough time to go through all the Resumes that Candidates gets in, it all depends on you how you convince, I mean your convincing skills
I Have openings in my company it is unfortunate that we cannot offer you more than 2.5L (PA)

Every thing is ok Yasmin, my only point is last time you have written 3- 4 companies experience now reduced to 2, please check write all.
Your working experience in a company not overlapping (ex :February 2004 to May 2008 than you have written June 2008), it should overlap if there is no gap in between, rest well good, best of luck.

dear chandrawanshi, actually many of seniors suggested me not to mention short term exp of 2 to 3 months, so i deleted it and i have convinced my employer to issue me a continous exp letter with mention of promotions and authorities.
