Dear Harpreet,

Greetings for the day :)

Eligiblity of Bonus is considered on Salary less than or equals to Rs. 10000/-
Bonus is not calculated on Basic salary is it always calculated on gross salary. Celing limit for calculating Bonus is Rs.3500/-
Limit of Bonus is 8.33% min to 20% maximum

Yes, Breakup is possible in Minimum wages. Heads considered in breakup are as follows:

1. Basic Wages
2. Variable dearness allowance
