Dear Goutham,

I appreciate your ambition. Let me put something directly to you. To be a film director a person (normal person with no influence) has to work as Assistant Director for more than 10 movies (atleast 7 years). Again the pay for an assistant director is nothing but 150 rs for one shooting day with three times food. Approximately you would be earning about 6 - 8 thousand/month.

This would not be sufficient for you to live or to feed your dependents. i believe you are 19 years ols. So the time required for you to clear the course and then into practicals of being an Assistant Director would take at least 7 - 8 years. So you would be 27 years old. Then you have to get a chance and that should give a hit for you to get some chances.

Brother if you loose you not only loose your chance you loose everything. Your career, money, name, family, frustration, immobilization ,etc etc......

Just complete your and then get into some finance field, get a good job, earn good salary, then go to a movie directed by good director..... :( ...... ;)

Again this is forum where there are group of members who are specialized in Human Resource not in Movie Mania..... Please do analyze and post questions properly.....
Think and act because humans are very much known for regretting...... ;)

Hi Gowtham,
Why don't you take up a course at your nearest film school. That is the best way to reach your goal. Also most of them have timings flexible according to your schedule
