i am working in MNC(HSBC INVESTDIRECT SECURITIES INDIA LTD) from last 4 years i was joined as a customer support officer(operations) and i was in operations till sep 2008 .

i was transferred to sales by the management for their convenience and by offering false promises of salary hike and support and six months time to prove myself .

but from the first month onwards they have started targeting me and started harassing and pressurizing me by all possible means and methods

many times demanded my resignation or else threatening of termination

after going through mental torture for six months i have escalated the

issues regarding bullying and compliance(forgery of insurance documents)to the senior management hoping they will consider the facts.

But after escalating the issues i was more pressurized and tortured by local management by

Degrading,isolating and demoralizing me and they even suppressed the facts and misrepresented to the senior management.

i was transferred to A+ category branch where targets will be double

without any hike and official communication from HR .

After knowing the mindset and intentions of the management i requested them to transfer me back to operations .

But without considering the facts and i think for raising the compliance issues i was terminated from services on 8th march 2010

with out any prior notice or showing proper reason my HR-Head came to

the branch and forcibly handed over the termination letter and obtained

acknowledgement from me.

Now i want to know how to proceed further

can i give compliant in the local police station , if yes what on what charges

how to approach the labour court.

I have sent a representation to chief labour commissioner(clc) he forwarded my representation to Regional labour commissioner-hyderabad and asked him to resolve the issue.

But instead of solving the issue the regional labour commissioner has colluded with HSBC management and started harassing me more.

Dear Friend, U should consult a good lawyer and give notice to Employer, therafter go for litigation in the Labour Court for illegal dismissal. Regards

You should not have accepted termination letter. As no termination letter can be issued unless the valid reason of the same is mentioned in the letter. Please let me know the reason mentioned in the termination letter. Secondly you have accepted means you have also accepted the reason of termination. If such things were happened to you, you should have filed a mental harrasment case with the local police station with a copy to higher management.
In this case you can approach the labour court as you come under the same category provided you should have sufficient proof that you are a good performer.
