Can any one help in this issue. What is the limit for ESI and ESI coverage of Minimum Members - How many? Say for Example, for PF 20 Members is the minimum quantum to fulfill the mandatory obligation, similarly, for ESI how much members to be present to fulfil the ESI coverage and what is the limit now? is it Rs.10K or 15k. Pls. explain and clarify?

ESI coverage is possible with two criteria's 1. 10 Employees with the aid of power.
2. 20 Employees without the aid of power.
Then the other thing is the wage ceiling is 10K. itself

If in your company 10 or more employees are working in any days including contractor man power(eg. Security Guards)with the aid of power you will be covered. and max. limit is 10k not 15k it is under process at cabnit.
