I am a management graduate from Osmania University in Marketing passed out in '98.After that I moved abroad and came back last year. While in US I took online course in HRM and also a certificate course from the university. Though I feel I can contribute a lot in this field I am not sure if the employers feel the same as I don't have a specialised degree in this field. Presently I am working in the "training and recruitment" area for past 6 months.
What should be my next move? Please advise how I should plan my career in HRM.

Don't move anywhere. Be in recruitment and training. You seem to be a person of shaky mind. Why do you want to move in just 6 months. Atlease work there for 3 years. By then, you will have more learned understanding of HR.
You can move in HRM but the thing is that are you really wants to come in HR field. Becuase grass on other side is always green. Proffesor said right thing work for atleast 3-5 years. and than decide you want to shift career in HR.
