Hi
PF Deduction is based on the basic salary
12% deduct from the employee side and equvelant from employer side
there are two types of deducting Pf
Limited PF :PF is 780 Rs no matter what is your basic but more than 6500
Unlimted PF: 12 % of Basic

dear jignesh,
i saw your PF & ESIC software of excel its quite good to learn and attractive to work on it but yaar its quite complicated for me i not get the way to work can u please send me the simple and easy format where i can go in excel by preparing my sheet.
i need some some easy way to do my work, actually i am a consultant of PF & ESIC work so i have to maintian the records of mamy companies. Till date i am preparing the records by hand so i want to take my work on computer and to reduce my time.
so kindly please help me with the same.
Dear can please help in a formula called as v-lookup and h-lookup in excel i want to know how we have to use it and how does it actually works.
