Hello experts i am hr asst. manager working for corporate of 150 employees and our management would like to relook and the incentive structure. as a current practice we have defined incentive percentage viz. 12.5 17.5 and 30 on gross salary based on their performance. we also have performance calculator based on their kpas and also designed performance slabs to pay incentive percentage. however now management would like to link performance incentives to revenue target which is generated for the fiscal year. for example if x would be the revenue achieved than y would be the total incentive payout for all the employees. hence i would like to know how we can calculate the total incentive payout among all the employees and also based on their individual performance and revenue achieved. would need your expert advice.

Liability of the organization to pay performance incentive amount to an attrited employee
Dear all i want to know what is the liability of the organization in terms of performance incentive payout after the last working day of an employee ? can organization reserves the right not to pay the performance incentive amount to the employee when it was not clearly documented in any of the communications like appointment letter / communication on incentive scheme etc. also what are the legal aspect towards this in terms of employment rules / labour laws / shop and establishment laws. we have an ex employee who is cleaning performance incentive for q4 jan/feb/mar 20 which is not yet computed even for existing employees. where as her last working day was in feb and we had already cleared her q3 performance incentive. now she is writing a mail asking for jan & feb incentive. also threatening in the social media tagging our organization and spreading negative words in public domain. the gap which had happened that before her last working day we missed to send any communication on the point so in this circumstances trying to understand what would be our next step to reply the employee.
