I have one problem.
I have got offer from a company and offer 40% rise. When I submit my resignation then my present company offer me the same.
Difference is that in new company I have to handle HR department independantly. In present company I am reporting DGM HR.
New company will give me all actvities scope.
What can I do?
Please help me at the earlist.

Hi,
Congratulations. I would say GO AHEAD AND JOIN.ALL THE BEST.
There is no point in not taking up a job where you get a good salary and good profile. and I think HR is not a rocket science, so obviously you can manage most of the things and the things left out could be learned over time and if you have any queries just post it here and you have the answers.
So have a great time.

Hello,
I have seen your mail and I would like to wish you, congrats 4 getting another opportunity. I suggest you not to stay with that company. Bcos your level differs and the mgt think that if he gets better opportunity then again he will go. They will make a standby person 4 them and they will make you out in 2 - 3 Months. So, my suggession is to relocate.
Think twice while taking desitions, All the best 4 ur achievements.

Dear Nilesh,
I think its a good opportunity to prove yourself. Go ahead! It seems you are an efficient person, otherwise the present company would have not offered you hike in your salary.
By taking up this new job you will be able to do things indepently and it will surely help you to improve your potentiality.
All the very best to you!!

hi,
Remember ur current company gave u 40% hike only after they thot u are leaving i.e, to retain u and not because u deserved it.
it means if you have not given ur resignation they wud have not given u the same hike. leave the company that doesnot appreciate ur work.
you are smart enough to think. all the best.

I think you should go for it, You are given the opportunity to venture and place your own strategic planning into the organisation that you have been offered a role in.
You are basically going to be given a chance to show and excel in the field of HR yet most importantly for you to realise your true capabilities.
If you feel you have the confidence to execute the role I would suggest you go for it. It would be great experience and I am sure you will challenge yourself in so many ways
Good Luck!
