I'm newbie here. Would like to get advice from your. Scenario as below:
My company is in retailing field, where company had appointed different contractor whom will in-charge different outlet. Each contractor will have to recruit staffs to assist in their outlet. Although appointment letter and salary is paid by my company, but, it will later deduct from respective contractor statement. In other word, the staffs' salary is paid by contractor.
My question is that how can i protect my company if there is any prosecution by staff to my company due to failure of contractor in managing them? My idea is to prepare letter to contractor to sign-off so as any prosecution by staff will not be borne by company. But, what should i call this type of letter (e.g is it call 'agreement', 'undertaking letter' etc)? Any sample to refer?

Your question is not clear.
one side you are saying your company is distributing appt letters and disburseing salay.on other hand in next line you have wrote that contractor is paying salary.
you are advised to do not club both the issues and put the exact doubt / issue
