I really liked the format and the comments along with it. The project that I have done is very similar (not format).
I thought you may also want to add educational qualifications in the requirement for the job. Or is that subjective if the person has the necessary experience. Please share your thoughts.

what I am looking for is an excel worksheet to estimate, very precise task-time impacts of an information system on jobs&tasks.
DOes anyone has worked on such a tool? DO you know any available tool like that in the market?

I would like to also point out that you need to change skills part heading to person specification, skills would be, project oriented, communication, effective team player, result oriented, customer service oriented, organized, effective time management.
