I want to know whether an employee is deserve for any F&F is he/she is terminated from the organization due to his misbehavior, irregularities, misuse of company assets, abusing with his/her colleagues, provide he/she was warned so many times earlier.

Dear Vivek Joshi,
Any employee is bound for Full and Final Settlement irrespective of termination of leaving from company.
As you said if any employee is terminated due to any misbehavior, indiscipline or misuse of company assets, company can claim the amount from the full and final settlement. Also an employee has full rights to claim his / her balance dues from the company. The Company can deduct the the claims from the payment to be made to the employee and can issue the remaining amount to him / her.
Therefore, the full and final settlement is compulsory for any employee whether terminated or leaving the company by their own will.
