Madhur , Why you want to go in HR field, why you don’t try for LEGAL ADVISOR JOB in any reputed company.you will get more scope and salary in this field .

HR field is the best option, even you can try for personnel dept in any manufacturing in manufacturing concern with your present qualification, you can change to core HR field at a later date. Think it over and a take a right step.
