hello sir, This is Bhuvaneshwari.T I am doing my project in " Competency Mapping for Frontline Employees' I dont know from where to start and how to start. So please help me!!
Dear Member,
1)First start with listing down the departments
2) Then start listing down the job descriptions of each of them (Designation wise)
3) then prepare the gap analysis as per the department wise.
4) they prepare the competency matrix of each location of each department along with combined Training Needs Identified(TNI) from Competency Mapping.
