Dear yarajarla you have to give an application accompanied by copy of the rules of the trade union and a statement of the particulars as required in section 5 of the trade union act1926.every state has framed their regulations where various forms have been prescribed. i suggest you to consult the trade union regulations of your state for processing the application for formation of trade union. bs kalsi member since aug 2011
