There are two types of BPO process,
1. Voice Process (call center)
2. Non-Voice Process
In voice Process there are two types
1. Inbound Process - Where customer or other people calls in.
2. Outbound Process - Where we call to customers or make cold calls
In Non-voice Process, there work would be many sectors like finance, insurance, mortgage, real estate, automobile, etc etc....
