can u help me sir
i am working in a private finacial bank . ther we can take 1 lve every month . but for that leave emply should request befor 1week...other wise compnywill deduct 2 days pay for single leave . for eg, suppse if an employ has taken 3 days leav because some one died . so he faild to submt lettr befor 1 week .but accrding to the compny rule , he has been deducted 6 day salary and a punishment transfer
is it admittableee ... do u think empl aar slaves....

Hi, These types of rules cannot be set in any firm. This should be baught infront of the legal authorities. Kindly check, whether bank has any written rules & procedures for its employees.

Dear Rahul,
I just want to check with one thing that is this rule implemented for your whole bank or for your branch alone. This is an absurd rule pertaining on to the employee morale. This is not at all shown up in any rule act in India...

This should not be acceptable, Do you have any written terms and conditions of Company in office letter header? If yes you need to make aware legal dept about this crap thing.
