I think i agree with what Shalini adds on, [I]if this test is used for job applicants then " how will u analyse them in terms of skills required for the job".
how does the analysis help in elaborating the caliber of an individual...

This test is useful to understand the psychological balance level of candidate and for skill based interview assessment we can have competency based interview evaluation and primary requisite for this is preparation of competency dictionary for each position.
Please find attached a ideal competency dictionary from Harvard University, which will be a bench mark for preparation of your own organizations competency dictionary.
