Hi i am preeti i am doing training in textile manufacturing company i saw so many problems related to labour in this company supervisor will not take any risk related to production 50 women working in this company there is always a problem of manpower in the company there is always a shortage how to solve it for a long time a lady was working for 7 months the supervisor took her complaint and resigned. behavior also has a problem between labor supervisor and production manager. how to solve this problem for long terms. please explain grievance policy how to handle this problem?

Hi iam working as a hr in a software company.i hava a problem in my office we have almost 200 employees working in the companyand we have ladies and gents.someone is keeping gifts at the place of one lady employee from the past 1 week she didnot bring to our notice because initaially she took casually and later she doesnot want that to become an issue but as it is repeatedly happening she brought it to my notice .what shall i do now shall i tell this to the management because we have cc cameras in our office where the manager can see the person and solve the problem or should i not say this to management. seniors please help me to solve this problem with your experience.

Dear citehr menmber i need your help to solve a problem. please tell me if a employee joined with 5000/ salary per month pf esi benefits started from his date of joining. & after one year he is getting 2000/ increment. now his salary is 7000/p.m . you please tell me if employer decided to break his p.f . because he is cross the limit of 6500/that is highly pf contribution limit . that is legally possible according to provident fund act. what action taken by employee ? thanks amit
