Life Insurance Agents must definitely possess marketing skills. If one is not able to convince his clients, he wouldn’t be able to sell the product, even though the product is exceptionally well. An agent must also be able to understand his clients, and provide them with a policy that suits their needs appropriately.
Term life insurance is easy to sell, as the premiums are low. However, when clients ask about the investment value it has, most agents fumble. Term life insurance is inexpensive, but it doesn’t help you accumulate cash value at the end of the period.
