I wanted to ask about performance evaluation of the employees. Our process is entirely into project based work. Each individual has different type of work. So it becomes very difficult to have peer to peer comparison. Also it becomes difficult to measure the quality. It would be great if you can suggest some common parameters based on which performance of all the employees can be judged fairly. Some of the common performance parameters are leave adherence, participation in different activities etc. Also if you can suggest some quality parameters that would be great (How errors in work can be evaluated?)
