Through one of our Associates we are looking to hire an accomplished IR/ER Manager
10+ years experience in handling Industrial Relations/Employee Relations preferably in Automotive or Auto Ancilliary Companies. Professionals who have worked in other Engineering/manufacturing plants are welcome too.
Should have been responsible for 500+ employees in terms of Welfare, performance management, negotiations etc in the past. If the incumbent had handled the entire HR role independently at the plant that would be significant.
Must be familiar with Kannada or Marathi and Hindi
Location: Belgaum
compensation indicative): INR 10,00,000 per annum
