Hi Himanshu,

I'm surprised that there is not a single reply to this post.

why dont u speak to you manager and inform him abt ur interest in the said field.
i'm sure he can do something...
until u have a little hands on experience on soft-skills you cant be a soft-skills trainer.
initially u might find it very lucrative considering the glam-sham of the trainer, but believe me, a lot goes into the making of a Soft-Skills Trainer...
If you think, you are made for the job, u first need to be very comfortable with the "English" Language... smallest of grammatical mistake can b very dangerous.
Do u remember the most dreaded red colored book from which we learnt english grammer - "Wren and Martin"? Apply it practically... there is a lot to learn from that book.

Search for Training games and Soft-Skill Games on the Internet. Lots of material floating... Present it in front of your friends who would critically evaluate you. Don't take the criticism to heart. You learn from your mistakes.

Research for Body Language gestures on the internet....

i think this monologue is difficult. send me a chat request on

I'll meet u online and discuss

Regards,
Jeet Patil.
