I’m sharmila from Sri Lanka. I’m a final year undergraduate student and my degree is specialized in Human Resource management. nw i hav 2 cover both training and semester at a same time. In my training I’m asked to introduce a performance evaluation system for all employees. As a base for that we should hav proper job descriptions (JD) 2 all jobs. At present no any JDs are there. So I’m asked to prepare contemporary JDs including key performance indicators (KPI). But I don’t have much knowledge on KPIs and I have never been taught about KPIs. So here I expect something about KPI from u all. If any1 can help me, it would be a great favor to me.
