The following is the list of documents you would require for the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 audit.
1. required competence
2. actual competence
3.training need identification
4.training attendence
5. training evaluation
6. skill matrix
the above formats are mandatory. Other than this you may also require the following
1. list of fire extinguishers,location capacity, and date when it was last serviced
2. list of office machine like printers, fax m/c, scanner,etc
3. list of machines in the factory.
4. business targeted Vs achieved.
