Hi. I m MITHILA. I m a MBA student doing my summers right now in a MNC in bangalore. My project is in the area compensation and benefits. I m assigned the task of studying the compensation structure and improve on it and find gaps if any so that the company which is at level 3 of PCMM right now can attain level 5. As i cant compare or find gaps without any benchmark, if somebody can send me a processs document related to compensation of any IT company which has attained level 5, it ll be very helpful.
