Hi all,

I am Stress management consultant and from several years I been giving presentations in Corporate /Educational and live talk shows on TV on various Life style related problems in Corporate Jobs .

The recent medical studies suggests that India has been rated as Diabetes Capital of the world and very soon it is going to be called the Heart capital of the world. We have made a very good progress in the recent years but I believe that on the front of the medical fields the problems are getting bad to worse.

Being a medical consultant, I have made a survey on the areas as well as problems related to the Corporate Sector ,which effects both MAN & Women. I believe that this is a must programme for any institution who deals with high pressure. Under this programme I have included several easy tips to deal with Stress- Lifestyle related problems like - Backaches- Legs cramps-dependency problems etc.

If any further information regarding this PPT is sought please e mail me at or call me at 9868242267 / 9971934121

i have a question regarding the quality of air in offices. Despite central AC, our office room feels very closed and after lunchtime...we all feel dizzy and unable to concentrate on tasks, especially with prolonged exposure to computer screen (which are ofcourse not flat)...is there any instrument in market where the quality of air in a room can be evaluated?
Or, name of some agency who can conduct such tests...?

Dear All,

Thank you very much for an over whelming response of my proposal of Lifestyle problems in Corporate Sector.

As most of the friends has asked for an copy of the PPT, but I believe that getting a mere copy of the PPT won’t make any use as I have collected all sort of information related to the problems and being a medical consultant, I am, through my experience of medical field form the last 15 yrs , can explain each and every slide and related questions well. More over , the attachment of several handouts and the practical exercises, which are included , can only be understand in practical not merely by getting a copy of it. It is like driving a car without a steering wheel.

The lists of the topics which I have included are –

1. Man related problems.

2. Women related problems.

3. General problems which are faced by both

4. And supportive suggestions for the H.R. deptt. for best results.

Problems faced by Ms .Seema Singh

This is a very common problem we all share in any office.

After lunch the fowl smell often makes the Atmosphere very intolerable. I suggest you a simple remedy for it – try to do the lunch in a relaxed and in a time limit.

After doing it do not sit idle in your cabin but go out side in the open areas to relax yourself. I suggest you if you go under the direct SUNLIGHT, it works wonder on your mind and body as it will reduce all the negative effect of the artificial atmosphere. Also try to look further objects as it will work as an eye exercises, But before you go out your can try one simple remedy to these smells – just lit an fragrance Stick (Aggarbatti) in your chamber or just spray any Room Fresheners (always purchase a good quality freshener as poor one can make more harm to your lungs and eyes).

So when you return to your office you will be charged with freshness, from out side and from inside.

You are all welcome to ask any questions related to office related problems and I can give you most suitable answer according to my knowledge.

I have included my profile for further references.

Thank you all once again

Dear All,
Vikas has highlighted a good point. We at HR toil a lot for the skillset development of people. We are keen about their behavioral and functional competency management and development but rarely we think about the physical health. As physical & mental aspects go hand in hand we need to take care of both. We at GTL Limited have recently given a thought on this. We have tied up with a Mumbai based Lifestyle Health Institute with departments comprising of International fitness, Medical specialty and International Spa. It is run by two MD doctors. To start with we have nominated PAN India 50 employees from Senior and middle management based on the job stress level. All of them are undergoing" One day Holistic wellness program" which comprises of medical tests, dignosis of potential risks, lifestyle assessment of individual, practical solutions to control the potential risks, relaxation techniques & soothing massage, a take away message on practical solutions on diet, habits, exercises.

The whole program is based on the premises that today the life is competitive. We cannot change pattern of our work, however the small practical changes in our lifestyle can help us to minimize risk and lead life in a better way. Around 15 people have completed the program and they are very happy with the enlightment. A follow up will be given to them after a month.

In case any of you are interested in this kind of program for your organization/yourself you can write to me on I will share the Lifestyle Health Institute details with you
