Iv recently completed my MBA in HR & have been appointed as a Manager HR in a new company by name S Solutions. We are into BPO services mainly. Can anyone let me know the HR procedures relevant in BPO industry specially in a new organisation .As an HR what roles & responsibilities should I be playing & implementing

In any case, the broad spectrum of your role would include selection & recruitment, compensation, rewards and recognition policies, drawing up HR policies, time and attendance management, leave policy, drawing up a training calender etc.

Online Attendance and leave system
Payroll System
Framing of basic policies like leave, Discipline ,Travel ,recruitment,exit e.t.c
preparing of Complete HR Manual and Induction Manual
Preparing of JD 's
Preparing of KRA's
Preparation of PA Form and Rating system
linking KRA's with PA System
TNI and Tarining Calenders
