Dear Mianimtiaz,
Its a sure case of Lobbying, In many ways if you want to sustain on your position, try to be low profile in appearence with the Boss. because "boss is always right" this is still exists. If the boss is hummiliating to his staff ultimately u will get support from your colleagues because all were suffering the same problem from the boss and finally the Mamu will realize his mistake. Meanwhile try to ignore the misshappenings and focus on your work only.... and try to raise confidence in you from the friends/city fellows appointed by your boss. so it will provide you good support and defend you when boss is planning to create problem with you.... best luck
Hope this is useful to you

Then, I suggest you should wait sometime, it takes time, and if your work profile is strong enough to relocate. You should change your job from present job.

just tell him to give the expenses of cosmetic surgery & tell him which face he like the most.
Are yaar if he is doing so & you dont like so tell him on the face not to comment in that matter as professional no personal thing works.

Dear Mianimtiaz, Once should be aware of a corporate saying: 1."BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT" 2."Employee never leaves his company he leaves his Boss". What You say..

Dear Mianimtiaz,
Expressions made by our friends are quit right, even though we are claim that working for corporates and in professional organiztions most of the organizations are run by thier boss not by the policies and procedures, the scope of HR in these kind of grievince are very minimal as these are on taited professional remarks based upon personal rifts or assumed rifts by the boss, still we are under buracracy not in the proffesional enivironment and "boss is always right" structure, I am againest to the openion of quiting the Job, be more patient, the place for these kind of boss is for a very short period and they will face the consequences.Even if u quit u will also come across with these kind of boss else where , patiences pays u double in ur futue, I have enjoyed the reaps of that. good luck

A friendly advise.... no matter in what way your Boss is behaving with you don't allow him to take control of yourself. It is you who needs to decided what is best for you. You are the master of your own destiny and as said Tit for Tat...hit him back the way he is doing currently. Next time when he insult you on the floor be upfront and raise your voice. It's a wrong mindset of "Boss is always right"...I am assuming you are doing everything good in your current job :-)
