I need help in calculating current ratio of a firm. My problem is -do I take net debtors while calculating current ratio or I consider gross debtors in current asset and take provision for bad debts as a current liability, if the balance sheet shows debtors on assets side at its net figure after subtracting provision for bad debts.
Please advise ..... !
