The Best way to learn Excel is practice..Do more and more practice with logical function..
Try to make small programs which makes your routine office/Home work easily..
If you get little bit confidence than try with Macro and VBA
Applay try and error method..

Try to make small programs by using some ligic..Search excel base program on net and try to learn their logic.(If creator is professional than he has hide the logic,because any program main thing is logic.if you understand the logic than you will easily make ). If logic is not protected than try to understand that logic-Which formula is used-How nexted formulas..
the other best way is use each and evey formula five times..this will help us to understand formula and than try the looping of one or more formulas..
