Hi,
I am Senior Manager in one outsourcing company and we have terminated some people since the project was closed. We have given enough notice to all. One of the person gone to Labour court and now the case is with Conciliation Officer. He is telling that if he sends failure report, the company has to deposit 50% of ex employee's claim with Court. I want to know whether the rule is there?
2. Is BPO coming under Labour Rule?
3. He was the TL in our company and has he come under Labour Law?
Kindly let me know the details.

Mr. Ravi,
Don't waste time and immediately appoint a lawyer who has master over labor issues. Don't listen to anyone and especially to the man who has complained against you.
Keep this man far as possible from you and the company. Standing orders to reception and employee on warning not to discuss company issue with him or else they will tried on your company confidentiality agreement.
All the best.
Regards
Ukmitra
PS: What you heard can be contested but is true as well. Don't let your company suffer by taking delayed decision. Act fast and strongly.

Hi
I Ankita worked with an Adwords selling company as a Business Development manager for 8 Months. There were more then 700 employees working with this company at different locations. On 11 Dec 2014 our company owner shut down this company without prior information and without paying our salaries of 45 days. The owner is going to open another company. He has money power. So I think he has a plan that by declaring himself as a bankrupt, he can be arrested by Police. And he will be free with this case. I want to FIR a case against this company. I want to know the complete procedure for this. The owner of the company knew very well if close this company. Then there will be many cases of labour court. And he knew how to handle this.
If any one can guide, Then guide me what to do to win this case .I shall be thankful to you.
